How do I get Fit This?

Fit This is on the App Store: download it here. It is $9.99 once, with no subscription and nothing further to buy. Updates arrive through the App Store like any other app.

Where is my data stored?

On your iPhone, and it syncs and backs up privately through your own iCloud — encrypted by Apple, tied to your Apple ID, never visible to us. There’s no Fit This account and no Fit This server, and you can export a CSV backup anytime in Settings → Data.

How do I connect Apple Health?

Settings → Apple Health → Connect. The app reads age, height, and weight for your profile, and writes finished workouts.

How do I start a workout from my watch?

Open Fit This on the watch — your routines are listed; tap one to start. The phone can stay in your pocket.

How do I import from Strong or Hevy?

Export a CSV from that app, then Fit This Settings → Data → Import.
